Morris "Mo" Lamb, President, Director and Master Electrician

Mr. Lamb attended the University of Florida in the early 1980's. After several years in the retail industry, he decided to make a career change. Mr. Lamb quickly became an Electrical Apprentice and entered into a four-year Apprenticeship Program. Upon graduation he attained his Journeyman's license.

Not long after that, Mr. Lamb made the leap from Journeyman to Master Electrician and obtained his contractor's license. Finally, he started his own business.

Observing the need for a service-oriented business, he sought out two friends who shared the same vision: "A Service Company Like None Other”. Since then, Power Generation Inc. has grown from a service company to a full service electrical contractor with distinct divisions: New Construction, Service, Generator Sales and Installations, and our newest division, Green/LEED Initiative.

Mr. Lamb is responsible for the New Construction Division and manages all field supervision while always maintaining the highest level of production and safety.

Kathy Nugent, Vice President, Director, Electrical Design Engineer and Estimator

Mrs. Nugent graduated from University of Central Florida and began working for a large aviation contractor. After several years in the electrical aviation field, Mrs. Nugent decided to make the move to Residential, Commercial and Industrial electrical engineering.

She joined an electrical contractor and quickly attained her goal of Vice President. After over 20 years, Mrs. Nugent sold her shares in that company and started Power Generation, Inc. with Mr. Lamb and Mr. Stricklin with the unique vision of “A Service Company Like None Other”.

Mrs. Nugent is responsible for setting the corporate direction and overall operations of Power Generation, Inc. She is actively involved in customer sales, preconstruction activities, competitive bidding and also works with customers on budgets, value engineering, generator designs, and lighting designs. She also heads up our Green/LEED Initiative.

William "Bill" Stricklin, Director, Master Electrician and Secretary

Mr. Stricklin graduated from Louisiana State University. After many years in the banking and finance industry, Mr. Stricklin sought change and relocated his family to Palm Beach County in 1990. He began working as an Electrical Apprentice, attaining his Journeyman’s license and then acquiring his Master Electrician’s license.

Mr. Stricklin is responsible for the Service and Generator Divisions while supervising all service personnel and maintaining the highest level of customer service and safety.
